If possible, try clearing the liquorice swirls to expand some room.
Aside from that, make a lot of special candies and hopefully you get lucky on moonstruck mode.
Moonstruck will happen on move 19 and you get 3 moves in moonstruck mode so a good chance to do some real damage if you have saved up some specials to use.

Unlike the video for this level my chocolate bombs all explode at the moonstruck moment rather than handily ending up next to a stripe :-( Been on this level for over three weeks now and getting somewhat bored ... Perhaps I need to swap from the ipad to the PC ... That sometimes does the trick to get a lucky board!
